Veikart Advising is an independent consulting practice committed to better outcomes in education-to-workforce alignment, and increased economic mobility. I support public, nonprofit and intermediary organizations working in these domains, often within complex policy, data, funding, and regulatory settings.​

Veikart means “roadmap”—a way to understand where you are, chart the terrain you’re navigating, and plot the path forward to your destination. That idea shapes how I work; through clarifying the current state, using data and evidence as guideposts, and co-designing a practical path forward, I work with organizations to get to outcomes that matter. My work is grounded in more than 20 years working in and alongside workforce and economic mobility systems—across education and training, employment, and the supports and conditions that make work possible.
